I Am Alright

My Friend,

If we gathered up all the people in the world and counted the number of bad things they said about you, it would pale compared to the number of bad things some of us say to ourselves, about ourselves.

The good news is, the silly things we say about ourselves are not the truth about you and who you are. It is easy to change our self talk about ourselves and we can all start with saying “I am alright!”

  • I am alright where I am.
  • I can be happy right now.
  • I only need to take care of me.
  • I shall trump all conditions and circumstances.
  • I shall be guided by these good feeling thoughts.
  • I now care more about how I feel.
  • It is my trust in knowing all is well now.
  • From now on, things are getting better for me.
  • I love creating happiness for myself in this moment.
  • I now smile more.
  • I now laugh more.
  • I now enjoy more.
  • My life is now more fun.
  • My life is now getting better.
  • My life is now as I want it to be . . . happy.

It is comforting to know that we each have the power to begin in this moment to realize that “I am alright” and always getting better as I think better.

How To Feel Better

My Friend,

It feels so good to feel good, but when we don’t feel good, it’s alright. Our negative emotion tells us that we want something and it also tells us that we are not looking at what we want.

We each have the power to feel good and be pointed in the direction of that which we do want and will make us feel better. Did you know that the means to all that we desire is to simply feel better? You can feel better right now by saying the following :

  • I know I can feel better right now.
  • There is something that I do want.
  • I now look in the direction of what I do want.
  • I simply ask “What do I want?” and I am answered.
  • There is positive emotion that is coming to me from within.
  • I feel better now and trust that all that I do want is coming.
  • I now seek and find solutions to what I want.
  • There is a swelling up of positive energy that comes to me now.
  • I know that my good awaits me and I go there now.

We each have the power to be the recipient of spiritual power and all the benefits that come with it. Let us give it up, relax, be easy, and know that your good feelings are all you need for the happiness you seek.

It is my happiness that is the means to my desires.

It’s OK

My Friend,

I was recently in a situation where I did not want it, did not like it, and it made me feel empty inside. We have all been there, and here is a way to look at this to know that “It’s OK!” . . . lucky us.

It is important to understand that if there was not the unwanted it would be impossible to have the wanted. The unwanted simply helps us to recognize what we DO want. If you find yourself in a similar place, as I was with the unwanted, these thoughts can soothe you and lead you to a better place of what pleases you :

  • More good is coming my way.
  • More help is on its way.
  • More opportunities of good have been called.
  • I am loved and adored.
  • I am always with my God.
  • I am a powerful creator and I create what I want.
  • I now allow myself to be guided by source.
  • I now allow myself to go to a better place.
  • I now feel good and trust that all is well.

You are good, this world is good and let us all turn our attention to what we do want. All is well, you are well and let it in by feeling good and asking to see more things to appreciate in your life for “It’s OK!”.

Everything We Want Exists

My Friend,

Everything we want exists and we will see it as we recognize that the key to everything we desire rests with our emotions.

Our desires call everything forward and they are at our door awaiting our good thoughts of abundance. As we think about the things we want, knowing that everything we ask for we can receive, our good thoughts move to our good feelings.

As we find the feelings that match what we want the steady flow of it shall come to us in the perfect portions and timing. As we become excited about things not seen but felt, this feeling shall lead us to our desires! This is the secret to the universe and is now yours to enjoy.

  • I feel it before it comes.
  • This feeling is the miracle that I create.
  • I am now excited about the things to come.
  • I feel it before it comes.
  • This is the path to all that I want.
  • I am now on the road to my desires.
  • I feel it before it comes.
  • Nothing comes until I create the feeling.
  • I am now a believer that everything I want exists!

It is because of our good feelings that all things come from the unseen to the seen. Let us all stand tall today and focus on good feeling thoughts that move everything into our experience.

We Attract What We Think About

My Friend,

We are all attracters and we attract what we think about. If we are feeling down we will attract more thoughts, people and circumstances that match these feelings and this becomes our point of attraction. That is why when you are having a bad day and you say “it can’t get any worse than this”, it then does.

The good news is that we all have the power to raise our point of attraction that will bring us better thoughts, people and circumstances into our life. Here are three easy steps to raise your point of attraction and have your days be even better.

  1. Be in a state of allowing, allow the goodness of life, the goodness of God to flow into your life. To do this, simply ask “I want to allow the well-being that flows naturally to me to come into my experience now” and it will.
  2. Reduce your resistance by no longer thinking about the things that upset you, that get you mad and that aren’t working out. Christ said “Turn the other cheek” and this means focus your attention on what you do want, in the other direction from the “bad stuff“ that you do not want.
  3. Focus on appreciating what is playing out in your life, what you do like and what you do want. The #1 thought to appreciate is YOU! Appreciate how you have endless thoughts and feelings that flow from you. Appreciate how your heart beats consistently and how the systems in your body (respiratory, circulatory, digestive) create better health for you now. Appreciate all the things that you have become, done and have. There is nothing that makes your God, your source, happier than for you to appreciate YOU! As You feel good, so God feels good and then God shall lead you to even feeling better.

As you raise your point of attraction you will begin to see the things you desire flow into your life like that of a mountain stream. Trust and know that everything you want is coming to you in the perfect portions and in the perfect timing!

I See It When I Believe It

My Friend,

Most things we have learned from others is the opposite of how life actually works. Slogans of untruths float into our consciousness and we be default accept these statements as the truth and become our beliefs.

One such statement that we have been taught is “When I see it I will believe it.” Everything we see comes first from what we think upon, imagine and see in our mind’s eye. Whatever we see is simply the accumulation of previous thoughts that we have had that then appear in our experience.

I recall the first year that I became a business coach and consultant. I attended a conference where they honored the top consultant in the country. As I saw the winner walk up to the stage I imagined me walking up on the stage and receiving this honor. The following year I was indeed the person walking up and receiving the Consultant of the Year award. This is because “I See It When I Believe It!” and this is how life works.

Identify something in your life that you want to see and then believe that you will see it. Start with something fun and easy that is already working for you such as your “pretty good” health and then see yourself as slim, trim, fit and healthy. As you think upon this idea of good health pay attention to how you feel. As you feel good about this subject of good health you will start to realize your good health within a short time. The time is dependent upon your belief and how strongly you feel good about your thoughts of your good health.

You can use this success formula with anything that you desire, whether it be about your relationship with someone, relationship with money or anything and everyone. You will not see it when you believe it!

I don’t face reality, I create reality.

Life Happens From Me

My Friend,

Since we were born we have been taught that life happens to me. We are told to guard ourselves from strangers, yet we were not told that we attract the type of “strangers” we desire in our life. We have been told that life is tough “out there” and you must “do” things to “get ahead”.

Though the people that taught us this had good intentions, it is not how life works. We are each the creators of our life and our experience. Most of us don’t believe that because we have been living unintentionally and have received our experience by default. We further believe that what we have been taught is the truth for what we have thought about, just as those “bad strangers” did show up, since whatever we place our attention on appears in our lives.

We have been taught that we should “do something” and action is the key ingredient to everything. Yet, we have found that when we just do stuff we get a lot of “do do“ in our life. Then how do we improve our lives and make our lives better than they were yesterday?

The answer lies in knowing how life works and it works FROM me, not TO me. This means that for my life to improve I need to first think about what I want and then feel its presence without yet having it. We merely need to use our imagination and we can imagine what we want and feel as though we have it. As we do this we will begin seeing in just a few days our life getting better as we focus on what we want and how it feels by having these desires.

At this point you will then have INSPIRED action, but even then you will not need much action. The universe will be gathering all of your desires in surprising and delightful ways through your good feeling thoughts and unforeseen people, circumstances and events coming into your life. This is the essence of having life come from you!

I don’t fix conditions, I call forth the conditions I want.

The Most Important Thing

My Friend,

Everything that we do is done for a better feeling. Think about what happens to you when you are given a lover’s embrace or receive a large check “out of the blue”. What happens is you feel good and this is the bottom line to what all of us are seeking and desiring.

You amazing power that you have to focus your thoughts and thus mold your feelings is all you need to feel good and have all that you desire. I recall a Vietnam prisoner in war who was held captive for several years in a Vietnamese prison camp. To most other POW’s their day was filled with fear of possibly being killed or starving to death and all kinds of horrible possible outcomes. This one man decided not to think about the horrible outcomes but instead thought about “what will be” and he imagined himself happy and wealthy back home.

This man dreamed about and focused his thoughts on only the good that was coming to him that included being happy, wealthy and driving down the Las Vegas strip in a limousine. This man was eventually released from prison and never experienced any of the fears thought up by other prisons and lived happily ever after.

Think upon your worst situation right now and what is your most troubling thought and I would assume it is nothing near as bad as being a prisoner of war. If this prisoner could focus his thoughts to feel good in prison, you can focus your thoughts on what you want and start feeling good. As you feel good you will begin to see the things you desire to entire into your life.

You are the invitor of what you want and by focusing your thoughts on what you want and being sensitive to what you feel, you shall be happy just sitting right where you are. All of your power is in how you are thinking and feeling right now. You have the choice to think positively and thus feel good that will part the heaven’s to all of your desires and make you feel good. To feel good is all that you are seeking and so chose to feel good by thinking upon good feeling thoughts and “what will be”. You are now on your lighted path to joy, freedom and abundance. “That was easy!”
