Soothe Yourself

My Friend,

The only danger we have in our lives is when we focus on negative emotion. This creates a situation where we are not harmonizing with our source and we feel bad.

Fortunately, we each have the power to eliminate all danger, fear and worry from our lives. All we need do is choose better thoughts on any subject and this situation will begin to improve and will soothe ourselves.

When something happens or is happening that doesn’t feel good, we can take ourselves to a place that feels better. This vibrational soothing can overcome any problem, perceived danger or circumstance through our good feeling thoughts such as these :

  • This too shall pass.
  • Everything is getting better for me.
  • Only well being flows to me.
  • I have the power to figure this out.
  • I know when I ask I am answered.
  • I now ask for a solution and believe it is coming.
  • I know things I haven’t known before.
  • I have the power to turn this around.
  • I now ask for a solution for this situation.
  • I focus on the vibration of good feelings.
  • I am finding pleasure in these thoughts.
  • I can and am improving this situation.
  • Everything I need to know is coming to me.
  • My expectation is that this are getting better.
  • Everything is becoming cooperative to me.
  • I believe that my power of influence is strong.
  • I focus on the good in this situation.
  • I have the ability to feel good and I go there now.

You have just soothed yourself. We can each find this place that makes us feel better. And as we soothe ourselves we open ourselves up to the answers and solutions that give us the power to overcome all and be led to the path of our happiness.
